Weekly you make sure the Southborough Food Pantry is well stocked. Now at Christmas time you once again give so generously. On behalf of all the Pantry clients, a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you who contributed to the Giving Tree and the Southborough Food Pantry. There are no words to describe your generosity. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Orla Wages for all her work in ensuring that this year’s Giving Tree was such a success. Your gifts were distributed last week. I had the honor of giving your gifts to our clients, receiving their gratitude for the gifts. I receive their warmth on your behalf. Please know that you made many people’s lives brighter this Christmas season. May you and your family have a joyous, peace-filled Christmas and new year.

This year we will be singing at the Remembrance Mass on All Souls Day, Wednesday, November 2nd, in the evening at 7pm. To prepare, we will hold rehearsals starting on Sunday, October 9th, at the usual time between the two Sunday morning Masses. Please join us, and plan to be in the choir loft by 9:30am.

Do you need money for college? The 10th Annual KofC College Scholarship Fund shall be awarded to the graduating high school seniors of St. Matthew and St. Anne Parishes. The Southborough Knights of Columbus will be awarding three $500 scholarships. Please download the application form off the Knights of Columbus website at kofcsouthborough.com or from your parish website. All applications must be submitted by 4/30/2022.

A thank you to our sisters from Marlborough for their contribution toward the Capital Campaign via the basket raffles. They did a wonderful job of assembling and raffling festive baskets. Through their efforts they were able to raise over $700, which they donated to our Capital Campaign. Thank you to them for their generosity of time, talent, and treasure.

In Honor of The Feast of Christ The King, The Three Hearts Apostolate of St. Anne Parish Presents: Vatican International Exhibit of Eucharistic Miracles. With an extensive assortment of photographs and historical descriptions, the exhibition presents some of the principal Eucharistic Miracles that took pace througout the ages in various countries of the world and which have been recognized by the Church. By means of 159 panels, one can "virtually visit" the places where the Miracles took place.

The St. Anne Choir is back! First rehearsals is THIS SUNDAY, 14 Nov at 9:30 a.m. (between Masses). If you love to raise your voice in song please come join us! All are welcome. Stay tuned for more details in upcoming bulletins, Flocknote communications, and on our website.

Giving Tree tags will be available on foam boards positioned in the church windows starting Saturday, November 6. Please read the Giving Tree insert on the digital parish bulletin accessible via the parish website for more details for participating in this ministry in-person and remotely. The ask is to have gifts returned to the parish by Sunday, December 5.

First Communion families will be celebrating their Inscription Mass at the 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, November 7. Please keep these families in your prayers.

Jim & Millie renewed their vows on Sunday, October 24th during the 10:30 a.m. Mass. St. Anne Parish was blessed to be part of their special occasion. Congratulations, Jim & Millie!

The Southborough Knights of Columbus will be selling their annual scholarship raffle tickets after all Masses the weekends of April 17/18 and April 24/25. ------ Money raised from the ticket sales will fund their annual college scholarship program as well as support their Council sponsored seminarian. ------Tickets are $20 each. Cash or checks made out to the Knights of Columbus Council #119 are accepted. -----There are only a limited number of tickets available, so don't wait.----- Three cash prizes will be awarded in the following amounts: 1st Prize = $1000 2nd Prize = $750 3rd Prize = $250 -----Please help raise the money needed to continue this annual scholarship program.----- Thank you in advance for your support and generosity!!

THE SOUTHBOROUGH KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS will be hosting their 11th Annual Basketball Free Throw Challenge for all boys and girls ages 9 to 14 on Monday, Feb 3rd from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at the Trottier Middle School gymnasium. The event is free of charge. Parental consent will be required at on-site registration. Please join us for this fun event. Participants show off their free throw shooting skills, and top scorers are eligible to compete at regional and even state level events. Gymnasium address is 49 Parkerville Rd Southborough, MA 01772. Use the gym entrance in rear of building through the large archway. We hope to see you there!
